How an order is processed.

4. International Post is responsible for sending the package to its destination within 7-15 business days (varies depending on the shipping method chosen)
Deliveries may be slightly delayed due to holidays or specific festivities.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
In the exceptional case that the order does not arrive within 50-55 working days the customer can let us know by email and our financial team will refund the total amount paid or, if the customer prefers, we will resend the order(s) at no extra cost.
What happens if I am not at the indicated delivery location when the delivery company brings the package to me?
Your postal company will leave a notice paper in your mailbox and the next day you will be able to pick it up at the nearest post office indicated on the same paper.
